![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Good thing is the recognition programs for sales. Was out for medical reasons and felt like I was targeted when I returned just because I was out and they had a hard time finding help. A schedule was created with jobs for the tellers so we knew who's job it was to do certain things, but I was in trouble when they didn't do there jobs. Felt like I had to follow everyone around all day to make sure they did there job because if they missed one thing or forgot one thing they were not the one called into the office and written up, I was. Often running branch with 2 people behind teller line trying to help customers and do my work always told we could handle it, often tellers complaining I was not helping, so I couldn't get my work done. Having to do everyone else's work and my work by end of day was difficult. Was given everyone else's job including answering phones which was told were teller responsibilities having to often tell customers that we had to answer the phone and leaving them standing there, while we are on a 10 minute phone call. Told the teller line was mine to make better but if I changed something, I was reprimanded and told to change it back, even if it made more sense and would make the tellers job easier while following policy. Management will micromanage you into the ground. Coworkers will act like your friends but then turn on you in a heartbeat. ![]()
